сокр SEOGВид финансовой помощи [ federal aid to education], на получение которой могут рассчитывать студенты, не имеющие степени бакалавра [ bachelor's degree], в случае особых финансовых затруднений. Преимущество имеют студенты, получающие грант Пелла [ Pell Grants]. Перспектива выдачи гранта зависит не только от материального положения студента, но и от наличия достаточных средств у вуза.
